At DOUSE, we stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unworn and unwashed
In original condition with all tags still attached
Free from damage, stains, or alterations
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@douse340.com with the following:
Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
Reason for the return
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please do not ship items back without first receiving confirmation from us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds are issued to your original payment method
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Exchanges
We gladly offer exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us at support@douse340.com to arrange an exchange before sending anything back.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Final sale or clearance items
Custom or personalized products
Gift cards
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@douse340.com and include clear photos of the damage. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times vary. If you still have not received it, contact us at support@douse340.com
