All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of being placed (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and a second notification when your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. DOUSE is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@douse340.com — we can only make changes before the order is shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

DOUSE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks an order as delivered. If this happens, please contact your local post office or carrier directly. We recommend filing a claim with the carrier. If you need additional assistance, reach out to us and we will do our best to help.
